Rose Simpson Obituary

Mrs. Rose Marie Wiggins Simpson, age 76, of Bremen, formally of Alabama, passed away on November 20, 2019. She was born on November 24, 1942 in Alabama to the late Henry Leo Wiggins and the late Jessie Mae Frazier Wiggins. Besides her parents she is preceded in death by one daughter, April Lynn Simpson and two nieces Cynde Allday Ross and Kristin Weaver.

Survivors include her sons and daughters-in-law, Keith and Melissa Taylor of Bremen, Darrell and Tammy Taylor of Alabama, Steven and Gale Simpson of Alabama and DJ Simpson of Alabama; Daughter Lisa Renee Simpson of Alabama; brothers and sister-in-law, Leo Wiggins of Alabama, David and Cathy Wiggins of Alabama; sisters and brothers-in-law, Nellie and Bruce McDavid of Alabama, Patricia and Russell Allday of Alabama and Sarah “Liz” Wiggins of Mississippi; eleven grandchildren; several great grandchildren and ten nieces and nephews.

In keeping with Mrs. Simpson’s wishes she will be cremated.

The family asks that in lieu of flowers that donations be made to the American Cancer Society.
