Mildred Grace (Moore) Brown

Mrs. Mildred Grace Brown, age 91, of Bremen passed away on Wednesday, October 10, 2018. She was born on March 17, 1927 in Tallapoosa, Georgia. She is preceded in death by her husband, Newman Joseph Brown; parents Ernest Moore and Ada Huey Moore; three sisters, Myra Pope, Dorothy Williams and Mary Newman and two grandchildren David Brown and Hunter Craft.

Survivors include four daughters, Marie and Jr. Craft of Waco, Arlene Jones of Mt. Zion, Terrie and Mike Shaw of Greensboro, GA and Sherrie and Benjamin Stanley of Bremen; two sons, Billy Brown of Bluntsville, AL and Leo and Patricia Brown of Cedartown; four sisters, Florene Ayers of Carrollton, Faye Burgess of Tallapoosa, Nellie Biggers of Tallapoosa and Vera Wilson of Tallapoosa; two brothers, Glenn Moore of Muscidine, AL and Ray Moore of Tallapoosa as well as several grandchildren and great- grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at 11:00 AM from Hutcheson’s Memorial Chapel with Reverend Lawrence Robinson officiating.

The family will receive friends Friday, October 12, 2018 at the funeral home from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.

Interment will follow in Pleasant Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.
