Mary Frankie (Weaver) Crawford

Mrs. Mary Frankie Weaver Crawford, age 99, of Rockmart passed away on Sunday, June 17, 2018. She was born in Haralson County, Georgia on Sunday, May 4, 1919. Mrs. Crawford was the daughter of the late Allen Weaver and the late Joannah Johnson Weaver. Besides her parents, Mrs. Crawford is preceded in death by her husband, H.B. Crawford; two sons, Joe Summerville and Cecil Summerville; one daughter, Lucy Summerville Carter; one brother, Bill Weaver and two sisters, Syble Nails and Virginia Morris.

Survivors include three sons and daughters-in-law, Jimmy and Sarah Summerville of Bremen, Doug and Lynn Summerville of Rockmart and Wayne and Vera Summerville of Cedartown; two sisters, Pauline Hobbs of Buchanan and Faye Cain of Birmingham, Alabama; thirteen grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren and seven great great grandchildren and a number of other relatives.

Funeral services will be conducted on Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at 11:00 AM from Hutcheson’s Memorial Chapel with Reverend Marty Hulsey and Eddie Davidson officiating. Interment will follow in Fellowship Baptist Church Cemetery in Buchanan with the following serving as pallbearers; Brad Summerville, Barry Summerville, Chase Summerville, TJ Goss, Trey McAlpin and Preston Summerville.

The family will receive friends Tuesday, June 19, 2018 at the funeral home from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
