Mrs. Linneda “Kay” (Tucker) Geiger, age 72, of Carrollton passed away on Monday, April 30, 2018. She was born on Sunday, July 29, 1945 in Gadsden, Alabama. Mrs. Geiger was the daughter of the late William Henry Tucker and the late Gladys Grace Pitts. Besides her parents, Mrs. Geiger is preceded in death by one brother, Donald Tucker and by her sister, Sandra Wagner.
Survivors include her husband, William Geiger, Sr. of Carrollton; her sons, Jack Thornton of Carrollton and William Geiger, Jr. of Carrollton; her daughters, Teresa Daniel of Carrollton, Christine Garner of Hogansville, and Donna Young of Hogansville; her brother, Garry Tucker of Birmingham, Alabama; thirteen grandchildren, fifteen great-grandchildren and numerous of nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Geiger served as a Police Officer for Anniston Police Department.
In accordance with the family’s wishes, Mrs. Geiger will be cremated.
The family will conduct a memorial service at John Tanner State Park on Sunday, May 6, 2018 at 2P.M.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital in memory of Kay Geiger.
