Flora Carden Obituary

Mrs. Flora Mae Carden, age 85, of Villa Rica passed away on Wednesday, July 18, 2018. Mrs. Carden was born in Waco, Georgia on March 9, 1933. She is preceded in death by her parents Thomas Jefferson Carden and Clara Annie Truitt Carden and two children Milton Lanning and Timothy Lanning.

Survivors include two daughters, Shelby Mayo of Auburn, Georgia and Lynn Smith of Forrest Park, Georgia; two sons, Eugene Lanning of Forrest Park, Georgia and Roger Lanning of Villa Rica, Georgia; ten grandchildren and many great grandchildren.

In keeping with Mrs. Carden’s wishes she was cremated.

Hutcheson’s Memorial Chapel & Crematory of Buchanan is in charge of the cremation arrangements.
