Mrs. Angela Dawn Dempsey Whittington, age 60, of Carrollton passed away on Tuesday, September 25, 2018. She was born on August 7, 1958 in Atlanta. She is preceded in death by her parents Richard Frank Dempsey and Evalen Stone Dempsey.

Survivors include one daughter, Casey Lanier of Palmetto, Georgia; two sons and daughters-in-law, Brian and Melanie Lanier of Sharpsburg and Renie and Tiffany Lanier of Griffin; three sisters, Debbie Dempsey, Lisa Goodman and Mary Jane Harry; one brother, Richard Dempsey and a number of other relatives.

In keeping with Mrs. Whittington’s wishes she was cremated.
