William "Cody" Long Obituary

William “Cody” Long, age 34 of Bremen, passed away suddenly on Monday, March 23, 2020. He was born on February 9, 1986 in Lithia Springs to the late Dennis “Ricky” Long and Sheila Posey Long. Besides his father he is preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Bud and Lucille Redding Long.

Survivors include his mother, Sheila Posey Long of Bremen; maternal grandparents, Doyce and Laura Mae Daniel Posey of Douglasville; sister, Holly Long Thomas of Bremen; brother, Chad Long of Marietta; several nieces and nephews; aunts, Brenda and Jeff Camp of Douglasville; uncles, Keith and Christy Posey of Canton and Jeff and Lori Posey of Villa Rica and several cousins.

In keeping with Cody’s wishes he will be cremated.
